Frightened 2 months old deaf pup waiting her fate at death row

She is sweet, calm and incredibly affectionate with people. She even gets an A+ with kids! We want to help this golden girl find herself family before even one more week goes by that she has to sleep in a shelter.

She has had a rough start to life, but will not let anything bring her down. Her kisses are the sweetest, and you can tell by her snuggles that she sincerely appreciates any affection she gets.

She’s at a small full shelter where every kennel is occupied so she needs to be out asap because her stray hold is long over. Please help find her a rescue and a foster family who can nurse her back to health and help her feel safe and loved for the first time in her life.

We are NOT the City Shelter to where pictures were taken. FOR MORE INFO ON THIS PET please contact:

  1. I shared Opal on my FB page and never commented that she is urgent or "on death row" She is not in danger of being euthanized. She is available for adoption and it must be done IN PERSON. We do not transport to adopters. She has rescue interest at this time.

  2. I’m happy you say she is not in danger of PTS, but this story’s title does clearly say “ deaf pup waiting her fate at death row”

    1. The shelter is not posting these. Someone is getting the post from other facebook post and then changing the information to make is seem the dog is in danger of euthanasia.

  3. Who posts these? You are putting out false information and causing lots of drama for one pup that is NOT in DANGER when there are HUNDREDS of dogs here that are in danger. We don't mind the help with post but DO NOT put out false information.

  4. These headlines are EXAGGERATED to gain attention but are INCORRECT. This dog is SAFE

  5. That’s because this page is irresponsible as all get up and go. This page constantly puts out false information!!! They normally don’t even update themselves, but rather have someone in the comments do so!!!

    1. exactly! that's what we are finding out! There is something fishy about the fact that you can't contact anyone either. They have taken several of my posts and twisted the facts
