Looking for a christmas miracle - that kodie is home for the holidays!

Please help this sweet, precious little boy, who has had the most horrendous life with a hoarder under the most horrific conditions, find a forever home or foster based rescue quickly! Please do not let him stay in a shelter afraid and alone a second longer than necessary!!! No matter how great, and this is a great one, a shelter is a scary place for any dog, even more so for a dog that can barely see!!!

Please never let a dog being blind, or almost blind, stop you for one second from adopting or rescuing!!! Vision is not a dog’s primary sense, as it is for us, and anyone who has ever known a blind dog will tell you that once acclimated, which usually takes just a few days, you forget they have any eye issues at all and they are the same characters, the same happy & loving dogs, if not more so, as all the rest! It truly is amazing!!! This sweet dog will be no different!!!

Kodie has some other age and neglect issues as well, all of which can be easily treated and never a reason to not adopt or rescue. Full description, including Vet examination is given further down this page as well as a photo of the horrendous conditions where Kodie was found are in a comment on the thread.

Dogs give us so much joy and ask for so little in return!!! Imagine the joy you will feel when you get to be the one to hold this sweet soul , possibly for the first time in his life, and tell him he is home now, he is safe now!!! He will never again be kept in a filthy cage, never again be hungry or cold!!! Priceless!!!

If you cannot take Kodie yourself please quickly share with all your contacts and post everywhere!!! Thank you!
