9 weeks old pup hope is quickly fading - why won't anyone love me?

He's an adorable little guy who came with his sis Mishon (adopted without him). Even though there is no reason in the world to trust anyone, both are incredibly affectionate and longing to be loved. We dont know what struggles they faced, but getting fed was one of them - as every rib could be counted on each of them. Is it really to much to ask for a little love, a full belly, and maybe some toys? He is too precious to die! NOT RESERVED - Shonuff WILL BE KILLED SHORTLY - Miami-Dade Animal Services Pet

SHONUFF I am a male black and white Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 9 weeks old.

A volunteer writes "Shonuff is a scrawny little guy with a lot of heart! He has alluring golden eyes and is so wiggly he might start an earthquake from his cage. He’s very friendly and seems to think the world of everyone that shows him attention…and the universe of anyone that gives him food! Despite his eagerness, he takes treats nicely, and with some encouragement will “sit” for them. He has very impressive leash manners (I could walk him with my pinky!) and seems to have some housetraining. He gently props his paws up to solicit affection and seems very eager to make whoever is on the other end of his leash is as happy as he is to be in their company."
