Owner surrendered this tiny papillon for biting a neighbor

"Naven" was surrendered yesterday fobiting a neighbor. He was reported to have run across the street and bit the person unprovoked. If rescue is interest it will have to be on an indemnification waiver after the quarantine hold. Do you think rescue might be interested?

This tiny thing is being held for a bite, will require a indemnification waiver!!! Don't let him die!!! Owner surrendered, Rescue is his only HOPE!

My name is Naven and I'm an approximately 3 years, 11 month old male papillon. I am not yet neutered. I am available on September 7, 2017. You can visit me at my temporary home at P4307.

The staff/volunteers here haven't had a chance to really get to know me yet. Please visit me at the animal care center and ask about spending some one-on-one time with me.

For more information about Naven, call:

Palmdale Animal Care Center at 661-575-2888

Ask for information about animal ID number A4775986

Poor little one I hope someone Rescue him soon....Doggies just don't bite just because it could been due to pain or stress. Ask the previous owner how much time or attention he had or was he being mistreated ?
